The focus of work in the IP area is, among other things, the enforcement and defense against claims in the event of violations of competition and trademarks, the legal support of advertising measures and websites, the design of license agreements and advice on choosing the right property right. I also look after my clients in all areas of IT law and support them in coping with the legal requirements of the "data economy". This includes e.g. advice on the introduction of digital business models, the legal design of digital platforms, apps or online shops, questions about software sales and contract design, the development of an IT security strategy, the implementation of the requirements under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and last but not least, legal questions related to artificial intelligence (AI).
