Your Law firm for IP, IT & Media

I am the owner of a commercial law firm with a strong emphasis on IP, IT and Media Law located in Munich, the capital town and technological center in Bavaria, Germany. I provide legal services in all areas of Intellectual Property, Information Technology Law including Data Protection Law, Copyright Law, Media and Press Law and neighbouring fields of Law. The industry focus of my law firm includes the entertainment industry, information technology, especially e-commerce and software industry, media, advertising and branded goods. I support the entire life cycle of a company, its products and services starting from the foundation, the commercial launch, marketing and distribution until IP-related transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.

The focus of work in the IP area is, among other things, the enforcement and defense against claims in the event of violations of competition and trademarks, the legal support of advertising measures and websites, the design of license agreements and advice on choosing the right property right. I also look after my clients in all areas of IT law and support them in coping with the legal requirements of the "data economy". This includes e.g. advice on the introduction of digital business models, the legal design of digital platforms, apps or online shops, questions about software sales and contract design, the development of an IT security strategy or the implementation of the requirements under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
